Leading in the Era of Change – VUCA World - 23rd Master class of ICF Bulgaria with Guest Speaker PAULINA BARNAŚ, PCC

The time of uncertainty and change creates the sense of separation. The sense of alienation and threat is increasing. The old instinct, which protected our ancestors for thousands of years is being switched on. It creates the tendency to isolate or increase the tendency to "push against" with life. Meanwhile, modern times call us to launch new resources to enter a higher level of understanding of what it means to be human in a time of intense change. Welcome to the workshop, which will develop these aspects of your personality that are needed and may be essential in today's world. Regardless of your role, what is important today, is your authenticity, harmony and inner peace and the ability to build upon the subtle voice of heart and intuition. It is a voice that is quiet, gentle, often drowned out by the noise of thoughts that arise in your mind. But the voice of intuition is also constant, ever present, and only depends on us whether we want to listen. This voice connects us with our emotions, values, the essence of who we really are. With the essence of our humanity. For coaches this time is an invitation to development, to deepen awareness of who we are and what is our role.

During the workshop we will be discovering the intuitive approach which is serving our intellect to take to right action in any situation. 

The main topic areas covered in this session:          

   - VUCA - understanding the concept of VUCA for any signs that life sends us today 

   - AUTHENTICITY – what does it mean to me? Opening up for a new mental model - knowledge and experience of the two dimensions of awareness and commitment - Being and Doing- as a way to authenticity 

   - INTUITION -  opening up the voice of intuition, experience of being together with your open heart and intuition. Discovering the direction for actions resulting from a connection with intuition and heart  - What will the audience walk away from this session with that is unique and impactful? The participants will learn the latest concepts and theories related to the times in which we live, they will discover and experience what it means to develop a new mental model adequate to the time of change and this will be supported by practical tools and models.

Short biography:

Since 2009, Paulina has conducted individual coaching sessions and workshops for senior and middle management, including board members. She has also conducted numerous team coaching sessions and strategic sessions, designed to support teams in achieving outstanding business results, while maintaining good cooperation and communication between team members.

Paulina specializes in the implementation of programs dedicated to the development of coaching and leadership skills, in particular communication, motivation and relationships within the team. Her passion focuses on new approaches to leadership in the era of extensive changes.

She has derived much from a concept called Transformational Presence Leadership Coaching developed by Alan Seale as well as UTheory developed by MIT professor, Otto Scharmer. She is also an instructor and a mentor coach in the ACTP program - Intuitive Coach, dedicated to the development of International Coaching Federation (ICF) key competencies for coaching professionals. The program is a full and complex preparation for ICF Professional Certified Coach accreditation.
